 1937 Gillette Sheraton Refurbished Re-Plated Gold Razor, this beautiful Gillette razor has been Completely Refurbished and Re-Plated in 24 Carat Gold, to say that this razor is beautiful doesn't quite do it justice!  The Razor Is Absolutely 100% Mechanically Perfect. The razor head doors open and close smoothly. This wonderful collectible razor has all its teeth, None Are Bent.  I purposely took close-up photos so you can see any imperfections or signs of wear on the razor. If you are the buyer you will find that the razor, in person, looks even better than in the photos. This fantastic collectible is a long/open comb razor which gives a fantastic shave, it is known to be an non-aggressive type razor that will give you a magnificent shave. Throw in one of your favorite blades and I guarantee you one of the best shaves you've ever had in your entire life. This Beautiful Sheraton Is Essentially a Brand-New Razor!

 The 1937 Gillette Sheraton Safety Razor was introduced by Gillette for the 1937 Christmas season and then discontinued in 1939. It is purported to be non-aggressive and to provide a truly excellent shave. The razor has been cleaned, polished, pampered, and disinfected using antibacterial soap and Barbacide, it is shave ready.

 Gillette 1930's open combs are considered some of the best razors that Gillette ever produced. This razor is the predecessor to the beloved Senator and has the same head and overall design, but the door attachments match the earlier 1930's British and American TTO's. We believe the earlier attachment provides a little greater detail and makes the razor slightly more attractive than the Senator. Our process:

The original razor is disassembled, cleaned and disinfected. Then any repairs or adjustments are made. Next, the razor is polished, outer doors, outer cap, end caps, and guard edge are mirror polished, followed by a hand polish. We then plate the razor with Nickel Plating. White Platinum or 24K Gold is plated over the Nickel for those razors plated with precious metals. Finally, the razor is reassembled and adjusted. Blade gap is checked with a blade in, between the blade and guard. Fatboy numbers are repainted and the stripe is installed (USA Made Auto Pinstriping). No warranty is implied for the paint or pinstriping. The Plating comes with a 6 month warranty to not crack, chip, wear off, flake or discolor.
